To all members who took oath
under the leadership of the Arabic Alliance, to hold intensive meetings for execution
of all conditions of obligations that had already been executed by leadership
in the executive committee and its symbols, the first meetings should include
all Arab tribes living near area and countryside mentioned as extermination
and burns. The Omda (mayors) and Shiekh (elders)
should force their followers to take oath in order for this matter to be in
complete confidence, after that a meeting should be held for all Arab tribes,
non Arabic and volunteers from other tribes, their help should be seek [like
Zagawa] in military procedures and training, in addition to the geographical studies
so that it can’t be clear for those who are to be exterminated.
The following are
articles that were being coordinated:
1.
To loot all cattle, donkeys, horses and camels from
Fur by all means.
2.
Fur leaders, representatives and intellectuals
should be killed, the rest should be confined in cities and prisons and better
to kill whenever chance occurs.
3.
To terminate different transportations that can help
reporting claims, and government ambulance, so as to prohibit communications.
4.
Camps of Arabs tribes forces should be situated on
top of high hills, to be difficult for invaders to enter it.
5.
To start Arabic movements in large area which have
resistance with aim of attacking, and to send large amount of fighters to those
area.
6.
T disturbute those who arrived from western country
[Chad] group of Idriss Gamous and Hussein Habri in western area of the region,
in the following manner:-
a) Wadi
(Valley) Saleh;
b)
Mkgar;
c)
Wadi
(Valley) Kaga.
7.
Distribution of Popular defense force who are coming
from Kurdufan (Mysiria) as follows:-
a)
b) South and
South West of Kass.
c) Bary valley.
All those who took oath, should
commit and abide by all mentioned conditions so that we can manage to win. You
should know that, the enemy forces are depending on infidels and polytheist,
for that we decided to distribute our forces in above mentioned manner which
suited the strength of the area.
